Legendary Computers — Return & Refund Policy

At Legendary Computers, we pride ourselves on building premium, high-performance systems. If you are not completely satisfied with your prebuilt PC purchase, we are here to help.

1. 7-Day Return Window

• You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange on any eligible prebuilt computer.

• To be eligible for a return, the PC must be in its original condition, free of cosmetic or hardware modifications, and packed securely in its original box with all included cables, accessories, and documentation.

2. Custom Orders & Tailored PCs

• Exclusion: Custom-made PCs specifically built or tailored to individual customer specifications (including unique part requests, custom colorways, or specific performance modifications) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

• All custom commission builds are considered final sales due to the personalized nature of the components and labor involved.

3. Shipping & Restocking

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Legendary Computers is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit back to our shop.

• Returns may be subject to a restocking fee if the system is missing original packaging, accessories, or requires diagnostic cleanup.

4. Cancellations

• Standard order cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase.
